Food Grade Epoxy is a coating for potable water

A grind and seal process involves mechanically grinding and smoothing the surface and removing any inconsistencies or contaminants. The surface is then prepared with a curing agent and base mixture before applying an epoxy resin sealant. This resin can be infused with a grit mixture to create a smooth, non-slip surface that’s ideal for high-traffic commercial and industrial flooring in pubs and cafes, warehouses, offices, retail stores, healthcare facilities, schools, manufacturing facilities and more.

Epoxy screed is a durable and medium-duty flooring material. Typically, epoxy screeds are used as underlays for epoxy flooring. Epoxy screeds are typically thick and anywhere between 5 and 100mm. To achieve a smooth, level finish, epoxy screeds are generally trowel-applied.

The strength and impact resistance of epoxy screeds are excellent. The epoxy screed may also have anti-osmosis properties, making it a damp-proof membrane.
